International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Digital Transformation 2026
The first International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Industrial Digital Transformation was successfully held in 2025. Experts and scholars from universities, research institutions and industrial sectors worldwide conducted in-depth discussions on AI empowerment, industrial digital transformation and interdisciplinary innovation. The conference gained positive academic responses and effectively promoted exchanges and cooperation across disciplines, institutions, academia and industries. To further extend its influence and deepen interdisciplinary dialogue and international communication in artificial intelligence and industrial digital transformation, the 2026 conference will be held in Dalian, China from November 6 to 8, 2026.
With the theme Empowerment via Intelligence & Data, Innovation through Management: AI-driven High-quality Industrial Digital Transformation, the conference is rooted in management science and engineering, business administration and related interdisciplinary subjects. It focuses on frontier topics including artificial intelligence, big data, system optimization, data-based decision-making, organizational reform, operation management and industrial governance, aiming to boost the in-depth integration of digital intelligent technologies, management theories and industrial practices.
We sincerely welcome teachers, students, researchers and industrial experts at home and abroad to submit papers and attend the conference, to jointly explore new trends, challenges and opportunities for high-quality industrial development in the digital intelligence era.

3. Paper Submission Guidelines
Submission is divided into two rounds: extended abstract submission and full paper submission. Reviews and notifications will be conducted in batches.
Round 1: English Extended Abstract Submission
Deadline: Submit extended abstracts before 23:59 Beijing Time, July 17, 2026.
Requirements: All abstracts must be originally written in English with 1000–1500 words, covering research background, core research questions, methodologies, results and discussions with complete logic and clear viewpoints.
Format: Times New Roman, 12pt font, double line spacing, in line with standard academic norms.
Title Page: An independent title page shall include author information, affiliations, personal profiles, corresponding authors and contact details.
Acceptance Notice: Results will be released in early August 2026.
Registration Requirement: All authors of accepted abstracts must complete conference registration before 23:59 Beijing Time, August 31, 2026. Failure to register on time will be regarded as automatic waiver of presentation and participation qualification.
Round 2: Full Paper Submission
This is optional submission only for participants joining Journal Paper Development Workshop (PDW) and candidates for Best Paper Award. Ordinary participants and abstract presenters are not required to submit full papers. Exclusive PDWs are launched by all supporting journals.
Deadline: Submit full papers before 23:59 Beijing Time, October 10, 2026.
Prerequisite: Extended abstract accepted and at least one author completes registration before August 31, 2026.
Paper Arrangement: High-quality full papers will be selected for journal PDW discussions; other accepted papers will be arranged for oral presentations in parallel sessions.
PDW Result Release: Late October 2026.
General Manuscript Rules
Originality: Submissions must be unpublished original academic papers with correct orientation, rigorous arguments, reliable data and scientific methods. Academic misconduct is strictly prohibited.
Length & Format: English papers are preferred, no more than 35 pages including title, abstract, main text and references. Times New Roman 12pt, double spacing; references follow APA style.
Attachment: Standard title page with author and institutional information is mandatory.
Copyright: Authors retain copyright and take full responsibility for their manuscripts. Contents shall not involve state secrets or illegal information.
4. Conference Highlights
1. Journal Paper Development Workshop (PDW)
Cooperated with multiple international SSCI journals, the workshop builds a direct communication platform for authors, journal editors and senior scholars. Participants can obtain targeted revision guidance, and qualified outstanding papers will receive further polishing and recommendation opportunities.
2. Best Paper Award
A total of 5 Best Paper Awards will be granted. All full papers will be strictly reviewed by the Academic Committee. Winners will receive honorary certificates and bonuses at the closing ceremony.
