1. Paper Development Workshop (PDW)
Jointly with multiple international SSCI journals and domestic core journals, the conference will launch Pre-submission Paper Development Workshops (PDW), building a face-to-face communication platform for authors, journal editors and senior academic experts. Participating authors will receive targeted revision guidance for their papers, which can greatly improve manuscript quality and the chance of acceptance. Cooperating journals will open an expedited peer-review green channel for high-quality conference submissions. Papers that meet publication standards will be prioritized for publication.
2. Best Paper Award
The conference will set up five Best Paper Awards. All submitted full papers will be strictly reviewed and selected by the Conference Academic Committee. Award-winning authors will be presented with honorary certificates and special bonuses at the Closing Ceremony.
This award is specially sponsored by the Health at Work Research Centre, Macquarie University, Australia, and the Center for Family Enterprise, College of Business, Oregon State University, USA.
