Conference registration is divided into three phases: Early Bird Registration, Regular Registration and On-site Registration. Both RMB and USD payment are accepted. Valid student ID is required for student participants for identity verification.

All registrations for this conference are processed online. Participants shall log onto the official conference website to complete registration, manuscript submission and fill in relevant attendance information. 

Once an extended abstract is accepted, at least one author must complete registration and payment by 30 September 2026 for the abstract to be included in the conference program. After that, authors may choose whether to submit a full paper for participation in the Journal Paper Development Workshop (PDW) or the Best Paper Award competition. Those who do not submit an extended abstract but wish to attend are also encouraged to register by September 30 to enjoy the early-bird rate.
