Submissions to this conference are divided into two phases: extended abstract submission (First Round) and full paper submission (Second Round). Manuscript review and acceptance will be conducted in batches with specific requirements specified as follows:
Phase 1: Submission of English Extended Abstracts
Submission Deadline: Extended abstracts shall be submitted before 23:59 Beijing Time on July 17, 2026.
Basic Requirements: All extended abstracts must be originally written in English with a word count ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 words. They shall fully cover research background, core research questions, research methodologies, research findings and analytical discussions with complete logic and clear arguments.
Format Standards: Use Times New Roman font, 12-point size and double line spacing in strict accordance with academic writing norms.
Title Page Requirements: A separate title page shall be attached to the first page, clearly stating full information including authors, affiliations, brief biographies, corresponding authors and contact details.
Acceptance Notification: Acceptance results will be issued in early August 2026.
Conference Registration: All authors of accepted abstracts must complete conference registration before 23:59 Beijing Time on August 31, 2026. Failure to register on time will be regarded as automatic waiver of participation and presentation qualification.
Phase 2: Submission of Full Papers
This round is optional, only open to participants attending Journal Paper Development Workshops (PDW) and candidates for the Best Conference Paper Award. General participants and abstract presenters are not required to submit full papers. All supporting journals have launched exclusive paper workshops.
Full Paper Submission Deadline**: Full papers shall be submitted before 23:59 Beijing Time on October 10, 2026.
Prerequisites: The extended abstract must be accepted, and at least one author shall complete conference registration before 23:59 Beijing Time on August 31, 2026.
Paper Arrangemen: High-quality full papers will be selected for in-depth discussions in journal PDWs; other accepted full papers will be arranged for oral presentations in parallel sub-forums.
PDW Acceptance Announcement: Final review results will be released in late October 2026.
Phase 3: General Manuscript Guidelines
Originality: Submitted manuscripts must be unpublished original academic achievements with correct orientation, rigorous demonstration, reliable data and scientific methods. Papers shall feature theoretical innovation value or practical industrial guidance significance. Academic misconduct is strictly prohibited.
Length & Format: Manuscripts are preferred in English. The total page count including title, abstract, main text and references shall not exceed 35 pages. All papers adopt Times New Roman, 12-point font and double spacing, with references formatted in accordance with APA style.
Supplementary Documents: All manuscripts must be attached with a standard title page indicating authors, affiliations, personal profiles and contact information.
Copyright Statement: The copyright of manuscripts belongs to the authors, who shall take full responsibility for their contents. Submitted contents shall not involve state secrets or illegal information.
